Smoothie:
orange juice
ground flax
coconut yogurt
frozen bananas
kale, chard, spinach
frozen blueberries

Pasta:
2 veggie sausages, chopped up
1 red bell pepper, sliced
1-2 cups tomato sauce
1/2 tsp each dried basil and parsley
1/4 tsp garlic powder
salt and pepper
2 cups cooked pasta

Grilled cheese:
your favourite bread (mine is sourdough)
vegan butter or mayo
vegan cheese. Make your own with this recipe:

Cookies:

almond milk ice-cream

Coconut rice:
1 cup rice
1 cup coconut milk
1 cup water

Stir fry:
veggies
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp maple syrup
1 tsp sriracha
1 tbsp tahini
garlic or garlic oil to taste
top with chopped cashews
