WHAT I ATE TODAY (vegan & delicious as usual)

Please don’t take this video too seriously, I know our dance moves are sub par but hey at least we had fun LOL. Recipes can be found on my website and below.

RECIPES:

GREEN SMOOTHIE:
orange juice
1/2 cup frozen peaches, mango, etc
1-2 frozen bananas
1 tbsp flax or chia seeds
1/2 cup kale, spinach, etc. frozen works
extra water to blend

BANAN MUFFINS:
1/3 cup vegan butter
2 bananas, mashed
1/4 cup almond milk
1 flax egg (1 tbsp ground flax + 3 tbsp water)
3/4 cup sugar
2 cups flour
1/2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp baking powder
chocolate if you want!

Bake at 350 F for 22-24 minutes until golden brown or firm to the touch on top.

CURRY:
we used a store-bought curry for convenience, but I have a recipe for a very similar tasting curry here:

Chick’n Wraps:
tortilla wrap
vegan chick’n
bbq sauce, mayo, mustard, sweet chilli sauce (anything works)
chopped lettuce
