WHAT I ATE TODAY #38 (VEGAN) + A Recipe



Get the SUPER easy kale salad recipe below. Thanks for watching!

Salad:
3 cups chopped kale
1/2 cucumber, diced
1 carrot, julienned or shredded
1 tbsp black sesame seeds
1/2 lime for garnish/flavour

Dressing:
2 tbsp vegan mayo
1 tbsp tahini
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp maple syrup
water to thin out

Throw all the salad ingredients into a big bowl. Stir together dressing ingredients and pour over salad. Toss to combine. Squeeze lime juice overtop if desired. Enjoy!
