My Basic Smoothie:
1 frozen banana
1 cup orange juice or water
1/2 cup frozen berries
1 tbsp of either flax or chia seeds (I alternate between the two)

Cheesy Broccoli Pasta:
2 cups almond milk (can also use soy milk or other non dairy milk of choice)
1 tbsp flour, whisked into the almond milk
2-3 tbsp nutritional yeast
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp smoked paprika (optional but so good!)
salt and pepper to taste
1/3 cup vegan cheese (optional but delicious)
1.5 cups dry pasta
2 cups broccoli

1 cup Bob’s Red Mill 7-grain waffle mix
3/4 cup almond milk
2 tbsp ground flaxseed
1 tbsp oil

Chicken Parm Tomato sauce:
2 cups plain low sodium tomato sauce
1 tsp each dried basil & parsley
1/4 tsp garlic powder
salt and pepper to taste (about 1/4 tsp salt and 1/2 tsp pepper)

Plus chick’n, vegan cheese and pasta of your choice.
