14 oz can chickpeas, rinsed well
1/3 cup oats
2-3 heaping tbsp nut butter
3 tbsp liquid sweetener
1/3 cup sugar (optional but recommended)
splash of vanilla
dairy free chocolate chips

1 cup cashews
1 cup water
1/4 cup nutritional yeast
1/4 tsp each chili powder, cumin, turmeric
3-4 tbsp salsa
