Lasagna Soup:
1 1/2 cups pasta sauce
2 cups vegetable stock
1/4 cup dry lentils
2 cups chopped vegetables
4 lasagna noodles, broken up
Simmer until pasta and lentils are cooked and soup is thicker!

vegan ricotta:

Mug Cake:
(if using a large mug)
2/3 cup cake mix
1/3 cup water
Microwave for 1 min 20 seconds on high. Use less mix/water if mug is small.
