1 can tomato sauce
1 red bell pepper, chopped ( or your favourite chopped veggies)
1/2 tbsp each parsley and basil
1/2 cup non dairy milk
1 tsp cane sugar
salt & pepper to taste
Yves kale & quinoa balls (or other vegan meatball)
handful of spinach

pasta of choice

Saute the vegetables in a bit of water until they have softened slightly. Add the tomato sauce, spices and non-dairy milk. Let it simmer for a few minutes so the flavours mix. Cook your pasta. Fry the meatballs in a pan until they are warm and a bit crispy. At the last minute, add the spinach to the sauce. Enjoy!
