Again, bread has taken a back seat to another bizarre substitute for dough. I guess broke ass college kids can find another innovative way to eat their favorite 20 cent meal. Unfortunately they’ll need to spend an extra $10 bucks to turn it into this pizza. I went the Chicken Alfredo route, but you can do whatever you want with your ramen crust!

Ramen Crust Pizza
410 Calories Per Half
Prep: 10 min Cook: 30 min

3 Ramen Packages (makes 2, 9 inch Pizzas)
2 Eggs (for binding)
Mozzarella Cheese
Alfredo Sauce
Broccoli Florets
Grated Parmesan Cheese
Salt & Pepper
2, 9 inch cake pans

Cook Ramen in boiling water like you’re used to doing as a slum worthless nobody
Add 2 eggs to the three packages of cooked (drained) ramen to act as a binding agent.
Put half in one cake pan and the other half in the other cake pan and press down firmly. This is of course, if you want to make 2 pies, but you might as well considering once package might not be enough and 2 might be too much and who’s going to just put 1 and a half into one without using the other half. Unless you just want to eat the other half, then make 2 packages and eat one half of the second package.
Add clingy wrap to it to compress even more and place in freezer for 5 minutes minimum.
The longer in the freezer the more it will firm up and hold it’s shape.
Now grill these round noodle discs for 6 minutes a side at 350°F or medium high heat.
Place on pizza pan and sprinkle on grated parmesan cheese
1/2 cup of Alfredo sauce
1/4 Cup Mozzarella Cheese
1/2 Cup Broccoli Florets
1/2 Cup Chicken pieces
1/4 Cup Mozzarella Cheese
Bake at 400°F for 10 minutes
Broil for 2 minutes to get a nice crispy top
Sprinkle on more shit if you want
