1/2 medium zucchini
1/2 red bell pepper
1/2 cup cubed tofu
2 tbsp chopped onions
1/2 tsp each of basil, oregano, parsley, thyme
2 tbsp nutritional yeast (optional)
1 tsp sugar
salt & pepper to taste
1 can tomato sauce
