This is a very simple way to start prepping your breakfast in advance – or use as a snack! Many granola mixes you can buy are loaded with excess sugar, so we made our own! Add to yogurt to make a yummy breakfast or bring 1/2 cup in a bag with you as a snack!These ingredients will make 4 cups granola – which is 8 servings at 1/2 cup each:

2 cups old fashioned oats
1 cup almonds
1 cup walnuts
1/2 cup pitted dates
1 tbls cinnamon
1/4 cup coconut oil, melted
2 tbls honey

If you want to make a double batch, use a second tray, don’t tray to cram it all onto one!
