This 10 or 20 minute workout routine features a beginner or plus size workout using light dumbbells. I use 3 lbs weights in the video but you can use heavier options if you like. You can also use soup cans or water bottles!
The workout will sculpt your lower body, arms and abs. It really is a total body tone up in just 10 minutes. Try doing it two or three times through for a harder workout.
