HEALTHY VEGAN DIY TAKEOUT



If you ever crave takeout but don’t want to spend money or don’t want the excess of fat and salt, you have come to the right place! Here are 3 typical “takeout” style meals, made vegan and healthy! Recipes below.

Burgers: Recipe can be found on Minimalist Baker

Mongolian Noodles:
2 cups chopped veggies of your choice
200 g rice noodles (about half of a package)
1/4 cup soy sauce
2 tbsp liquid sweetener like maple syrup
1 tbsp ketchup or tomato sauce
1 tsp sriracha or hot sauce
1/4 tsp ginger powder
1/8 tbsp black pepper

Sesame Cauliflower
1/2 medium head of cauliflower, chopped
1/2 cup flour of choice
1/2 cup non-dairy milk
salt and pepper to taste
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/2 cup soy sauce
1/2 cup orange juice
3-4 tbsp sugar of choice
sriracha or hot sauce to taste
1 tsp sesame oil
1 tbsp sesame seeds
green onions to top it all off!
