1/4 cup melted coconut oil
2 eggs
1 cup of pumpkin puree
1/2 cup apple sauce
1/4 cup of Almond Milk
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp cinnamon
1 cup gluten free flour – Can sub regular flour
1/3 cup almond flour
2/3 cup Oats
1.5 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 cup raisins
*1/2 cup sugar optional (I like honey or coconut palm sugar)

Combine ingredients. Bake at 350F for 20 minutes in the oven.
