Rolled Chicken Tacos

Prep: 15 minutes
Cook: 30 minutes
Deep Fry @ 350°F: 3-4 minutes
• Deep Fryer:
• Toothpicks:

• 1 Lb Chicken Breast
• Small Corn Tortillas:
• Vegetable Oil
• Masa (corn flour)
• Baking Powder
• Milk
• Fajita Seasoning Mix:
• Cayenne Pepper
• Chili Powder
• Paprika
• Salt & Pepper

Spicy Ranch:
• 1/2 Cup Ranch Dressing
• 1 tbsp Fajita Seasoning Mix

1. Pan sear your chicken breast with oil for 5 minutes per side
2. Finish in 400°F oven until fully cooked
3. Shred chicken vigorously
4. Toss chicken back into pan with fajita seasoning mix and 1/2 Cup Water
5. Cook until water reduces down
6. Add chili powder, paprika, cayenne pepper, salt & pepper for taste
7. Microwave corn tortillas to soften and make pliable
8. Add chicken to tortillas and roll sealing with a tooth pick
9. Toss in masa corn flour, then milk back in corn flour
10. Deep fry for 3-4 minutes at 350°F
11. Serve with dipping sauce of choice
