Giant Mozzarella Stick
2500 Calories

Prep: 15 minutes
Deep Fry @ 350°F: 4 minutes

Equipment:
• Deep Fryer:
• Food Processor:

Ingredients:
• 24x Polly-O String Cheese (Mozzarella)
• Cheetos Puffs (optional)
• Flour
• Eggs
• Milk​
• Pringles (preferably pizza flavored)

Directions:

1.) Grind up Cheetos (Puffs work better)

2.) Dry Mix: 1 Cup Flour, 1 tsp Cayenne, 1 tsp Paprika, 1 tsp Chili Powder

3.) Wet Mix: 1 Egg, 1/2 Cup Milk, 1/4 Cup Franks Red Hot

4.) We decided to do a triple coat of dry, wet, dry wet, dry, wet… than Cheetos
TIP: Don’t touch the Cheese Stick in the Dry Mixture, just move the bowl to coat the Cheese Stick

5.) Freeze for 30 minutes minimum

6.) Deep Fry @ 350°F for 4 minutes

7.) Try to pull it apart and make sure someone video tapes it otherwise it was a complete waste of time and money
