Giant Big Mac
4125 Calories

Prep: 15 minutes
Bake @ 350°F: 45 minutes
• Kitchen Aid Mixer:
• Griddle:
• Silicone Mat:
• 8″ Cake Ring:

• 3 Lbs 80/20 Ground Beef
• Shredded Iceberg Lettuce
• American Cheese
• Dill Pickle Chips
• Mac Sauce
• Dehydrated Minced Onions

Sesame Seed Bun:
• 1-1/2 cups lukewarm water*
• 1 Tbsp Rapid Rise Yeast (blue packet)
• 2 tsp salt
• 4 Tbsp soft butter
• 2 Tbsp Granulated Sugar
• 3-1/2 Cups All-Purpose Flour
• 1/2 Cup nonfat dry milk granules
• 1 Egg (beat on top)
• Sesame Seeds

Mac Sauce:
• 1/4 Cup Light Mayonnaise
• 1/4 Cup Light Miracle Whip
• 2 Tbsp Light Sweet and Spicy French Salad Dressing
• 1 Tbsp Dill Pickel Relish
• 1/2 Tbsp Sweet Relish
• 1 Tsp Sugar
• 1 Tsp Onion Powder
• 1 Tsp White Vinegar
• 1 Tsp Ketchup

Giant Hamburger Bun:
1. To make a giant hambuger bun you’ll need to mix the hot water, yeast, salt, sugar, softened butter, dry milk powder and 1 Cup of flour into a stand mixer on slow speed.
2. Keep adding flour until you reach a dough consistency and all the components pull away from the sides of the bowl (approximately 3-1/2 cups total)
3. Toss your dough into a bowl that has been sprayed with oil covered and let is rise in a warm area for 2 hours or until doubled in size
4. Now toss your dough into the 8″ ring mold coverd on a baking sheet and let that rise for at least 1 hour
5. Lightly brush a beaten egg on top and sprinkle sesame seeds on top
6. Bake @ 350°F for 45 minutes or until the internal temperature is 195°F-200°F

Giant Big Mac:
1. Weigh out 2 balls of meat to approximately 1.5 pounds each and press them out into until the diameter is 2 inches larger around than the bun (to accomodate for shrinkage)
2. Season with salt, pepper (msg optional)
3. Grill for 6 minutes per side on medium high heat
4. Mix the Mac Sauce ingredients together in a seperate bowl and chill for use later on
5. Soak your dehydrated minced onions in warm water and use later on
6. Cut your giant bun into thirds and grill until golden brown
7. Assemble big mac
