This fat burning hiit workout is going to get your heart rate up to burn fat and then sculpt your muscles. The workout is done as a stacking like circuit. There are 4 supersets and you rotate through the routine twice. I recommend doing it twice. You can do this at home, at the gym, or outdoors. You do not need any equipment. This is a total body workout and will hit your arms, abs and legs. Let’s go!
