Singapore Style Vermicelli:
200 g vermicelli rice noodles
chopped/sliced vegetables of choice
1 tbsp curry powder
1/4 tsp ground ginger
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp turmeric
1 tsp oil
2 tbsp soy sauce
as much chopped tempeh or tofu as you like, marinated in:
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp liquid sweetener
1/2 tsp smoked paprika

recipe for tofu ricotta:

Kale Salad Dressing:
2 tbsp hummus
1 tbsp vegan mayo (or another tbsp hummus)
1 tsp liquid sweetener such as maple syrup
