Week 2: 60 second plank, 30 second rest x3
Week 3: 90 second plank, 90 second rest x3
Week 4: 90 second plank, 60 second rest x3
Week 5: 90 second plank, 30 second rest x3

Do this three times a week on non-consecutive days.
