Chilli-Lime Sauce:
juice of 1/2 a lime
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp brown sugar
1 tsp sriracha
1 tsp minced garlic
Sesame Black Pepper:
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp maple syrup
1 tsp sesame oil
1/4 tsp black pepper
