Poutine is a very popular dish in Canada which consists of french fries, gravy and cheese curds. I think the only thing it’s missing is a burger patty and a bun. So there you go.

To make homemade french fries simply slice up your russet potatoes and have them soak in ice water to rinse off excess starch and keep them crispy
Dry them off well and deep fry them for about 4 minutes, freeze them for later and then deep fry them again for 6 minutes. This will give you that crispy fry if that’s what you desire. If you don’t mind a soft soggy fry then just deep fry once for about 4-10 minutes depending on the thickness. Season well with salt & pepper immediately after removing from deep fryer so the grease can help the seasoning cling to it.
I just got canned beef gravy. I’m not complaining.
Cook down your burger beef patty and just cram the burger, fries, gravy and cheese curd between a bun and eat.
