Dr. Pepper Ice Cream
350 Calories Per Cup
Makes 5 Servings

Prep: 5 minutes
Boil: 15-20 minutes
Mix: 10-20 minutes

• Ice Cream Maker:
• or Kitchen Aid Attachment:

Ingredients:
• 2 Cups Heavy Cream
• 2 Cups Whole Milk
• 1 Liter Dr. Pepper (reduced down)
• 1 Cup Dr. Pepper
• 2/3 Cup Sugar
• 1/4 tsp Salt

Directions:

1.) Begin by freezing the ice cream bucket thing

2.) Reduce 1 Liter of Dr. Pepper on high heat for 15-20 minutes or until you have about 1/2 cup remaining

3.) In a big bowl mix in the remaining Dr. Pepper, 2 Cups Heavy Cream, 2 Cups Whole Milk, 2/3 Cup Sugar & a pinch of salt

4.) Now get ur ice cream maker ready to pour the liquid in

5.) Mix for 10 minutes on slow speed and add in 1 Cup of Dr. Pepper

6.) After the remaining 10 minutes of mixing you will still be able to taste fizziness

7.) Freeze for an additional 2-4 hours to get a firm ice cream texture
