I think he did a great job 😉 I hope you enjoy this recipe for cookie bars! Of course, you can make these into regular cookies. But when you bake them in a pan they get super fudgey and gooey which I LOVE.

1 cup cane sugar
1/2 cup vegan butter (I used vegan Becel, which has a higher water content than other vegan butters. If you are using a solid vegan butter I suggest adding a bit more liquid!)
1 tbsp vanilla
1/4 cup almond milk
1 3/4 cup flour
1/4 cup cocoa
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp baking powder
1/3 cup vegan chocolate chips
