340 Calories

Prep: 15 minutes
Freeze: overnight
Deep Fry @ 350°F: 4 minutes
• Fryer Ladle:
• Food Processor:
• Vegetable Oil:

• 1 Cup Minced Onion
• 1/4 Cup Flour
• 1 tsp Onion Powder
• 1 tsp Onion Salt
• 1/2 tsp Salt
• Panko

Dry Mix:
• 1 Cup Flour
• 1 tsp Salt
• 1/2 tsp Pepper

Wet Mix:
• 1 Cup Milk
• 1 Egg

1.) Chop up your onion into manageable pieces to throw into your food processor

2.) Grind it up completely and measure out 1 Cup of this mixture along with 1/4 Cup Flour, 1 tsp Onion Powder, 1 tsp Onion salt & 1/2 tsp Salt

3.) Now that you have your onion paste, pipe it out of a sandwich baggy with the tip cut off the size you want your onion rings to be

4. You can make them any size you want now, not subjecting yourself to what nature intended for an onion ring

5.) Freeze the paste circles you’ve made overnight

6.) Toss your frozen circles into Dry Mix, Wet Mix and finish it in panko

7.) You can choose to freeze these again to firm up more or just toss them directly into the fryer

8.) Deep fry @ 350°F for 2-4 minutes depending on the size or until golden brown

9.) Dip it in the sauce recipe here: and enjoy whatever shape and size you decide to turn your onions into
