Cheese stuffed crust? LAME!!! ADD PEPPERONI & CHEESE?? NOT LAME!! Honestly, we had fun with this recipe because at the end of the day we want to give the viewer what they want to see, while possibly learning something along the way.

Pepperoni Stuffed Pizza

Equipment:​
• 9×13 Inch Baking Pan:

Ingredients:
• ~ 18 oz Pizza Dough
• 2 Cups Mozzarella Cheese
• 6 String Cheese Rods
• 10 Giant Pepperonis (optional)
• Pizza Sauce
• 24 Small Pepperonis
• Crisco or Coconut Oil

Pizza Sauce:
• 12 oz Can Tomato Paste
• 1-1/2 Cups Water
• 1/2 tsp Dried Oregano
• 1/4 tsp Dried Basil
• 1/4 tsp Salt
• 1/4 tsp Pepper
• 1/4 tsp Sugar
• 1/8 tsp garlic powder
• 1/8 tsp onion powder
• 1/8 tsp MSG

Directions:
1. If you get it from a Pizza Shop, simply spread it out onto a greased 9×13″ baking pan and you’re good to go. If you make it yourself, spread out half the amount of dough and let it rise overnight in the pan.
2. Once the dough has spread out onto the sides, place approximately 6 string cheese sticks around the perimeter of the pan, by additionally wrapping pepperonis around the cheese sticks.
3. Thin the dough out on the edges so you can stretch it over and tuck under the “pepperoni” cheese sticks.
4. For the sauce, combine tomato paste & water, bring to a boil then add in the seasonings and let simmer for 35-40 minutes. This is simply to allow the flavors to come together. OR buy store bought pizza sauce.
5. We decided to spread the sauce on the dough before baking to keep the dough moist.
6. Bake @ 500°F for 15 minutes.
7. Spread on 2 Cups of Mozzarella Cheese & 24 Pepperonis and bake again for 10 minutes.
8. Finish it off with a broil on top and you’re done!
