Nacho Cheese Recipe:
1 medium potato, diced
2 medium carrots, diced
1/2 cup of water they were boiled in
1/3 cup almond milk
1/3 cup nutritional yeast
1/4 tsp each of turmeric and garlic powder
pinch of cayenne and paprika
salt and pepper to taste

Boil the carrots and potatoes and save 1/2 cup of the water when they are cooked. Add all ingredients to a blender (once the veggies are cool) and blend until smooth. If you want it thicker, heat it until it becomes thick and then remove it from the heat. Serve immediately.
