2 cups flour
1/2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 cup vegan butter
1 cup sugar
1 cup mashed banana
1 flax egg ( 1 tbsp ground flax + 3 tbsp water)
1/4 cup almond milk
For the chocolate half:
add 1/2 cup chocolate chips, melted
Mix together flour, baking soda and baking powder. In another bowl, mix together the butter and sugar. Then add the flax egg and banana. Stir to combine. Add the dry ingredients into the wet. Add the almond milk. Stir until just combined. Pour into a prepared pan (either lined with parchment paper or greased & floured) and bake at 350 F for 50 minutes. Let it cool before cutting. Enjoy!
