Today we are making some vegan 30 minute no-rise salted caramel cinnamon rolls! I don’t know about you, but I never want to wait for dough to rise. Nobody has time for that haha! (kidding..kind of..) This recipe only takes about 30 minutes from start to finish. Recipe below!

2 cups all-purpose flour
4 tbsp baking powder
2 tbsp sugar
1/4 cup vegan butter or coconut oil
1 cup non-dairy milk (add slowly in case you don’t need all of it)

Cinnamon filling:
1/2 cup brown sugar
2 tsp cinnamon
3-4 tbsp butter to spread on the dough

Caramel sauce:
I used 1 bag of Cocomels (bought on Amazon) and melted them with a couple tbsp non dairy milk. Here are some caramel sauce recipes you can make from scratch:

Oven: 400 F/ 200C
Bake 12-15 minutes or until golden brown and firm to the touch
