I tried the bodyboss fitness guide for 6 weeks and enjoyed the workouts but wasn’t in LOVE to be honest. It’s more for someone who doesn’t have or want a gym membership and for it would have been perfect for me last summer when I was down the cape just getting back into shape after having Tommy. I feel like my experience was positive but I’m a little more advanced for these no equipment needed home workouts.
