Try this butt lifting routine 3 times a week three times through. It’s amazing and will shockingly raise your heart rate. It should take 10 minutes to complete. Feel free to do it after a day of cardio or in addition to a strength training day. You could even do it the same day you take yoga or Pilates. Your choice!
